What is a Weddsite and why should I have one?
A weddsite is a personalised wedding website and a perfect way to share your wedding with family and friends online. A modern and trendy concept that would have your guests talking about it for a very long time.

A weddsite can help you create efficiency and effective communication during one of the most stressful times of your life. Other benefits include:

How long does it take to create a Weddsite?
Once we have sent you our customer pack to complete and it is completed and sent back to us we normally take up to 14 days to complete your personalised wedding website.

But we know that you’ll be very busy at this stressful time and you may require a longer time to send the customer pack to us. When you’ve purchased a Weddsite we aim to get it completed as soon as possible so that you can print your personal domain name onto your invitation cards.

How do I send the content for my Weddsite to you?
You can send us the completed customer pack and other content such as pictures via email or you can post them to us (please note we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so we would prefer it if you could send your content to us by some form postage that requires a signature.

Will you advertise on my Weddsite?
No, we do not advertise on your weddsite. All we would do is put a small link at the bottom of the page that will say “Designed by Weddsites” and if your guests click on that link they will be redirected to our website so that they can too have a unique personalised wedding website.

I want something different can you create it for me?
Yes! Thats not a problem as we offer a Custom Package and we can tailor make a weddsite to your needs. All you have to do is tell us your ideas and we will tell you ours and together we can come up with something amazing and truly unique.

Once my hosting and domain package have expire what can I do then?
We offer an optional extra where we can put your website onto a CD and you can keep it for life. We suggest that you take this optional extra whilst purchasing a weddsite and you can truly treasure it and look back at it anytime you like. If you would like one please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept and is it Secure?
We use Paypal as a secure form of accepting payments online. Paypal is a very reputable recognised and trusted organisation and your payment through them will be secure. You can make payments with a credit card, debit cards and we can also accept Cheque. If making payment by cheque then please contact us first.

Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?

Once you have made payment you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. You have the right to cancel your order 7 days after you have made payment and received a full refund. Once you have made payment we will contact you to confirm your requirements. If you give us instructions to start work on your weddsite immediately then you will waive your right to cancel your order. No refunds will be given once work has started on you weddsite and any refunds that are issued will be made within 30 days of the cancellation request.

Can I purchase a Weddsite as a gift for someone else?
Of course you can as long as you know or can get their details that will be needed for the website. Many customers think that a weddsite is an ideal gift and purchase it even as a wedding gift for the wedding couple.

Can you take the photos for my Weddsite?
Yes we can for an additional cost as we liaise with many photographers. For the Starter and Elegant package we will only use photos that are supplied by yourselves unless you are willing to pay an additional price for a photographer. If you decide to choose a custom package then we can supply a photographer inclusive of the total price you pay.
